Access Levels
Using the Lifecycle User Administrator, you can do the following:
■ Create department folders that represent your organizational structure.
■ Create user accounts for your employees inside each of the department folders.
■ Specify what access privileges each of the users is allowed to have. (i.e. read/write/modify).
Now that the security is in place, it is time to document your procedures using a secure and trusted documentation product. Typically, there would be a lot of wasted time involved with capturing your procedures. However, this is not the case with the Lifecycle Process Mapping System.
■ Procedures are displayed step by step.
■ The user is able to walk through the logic that applies to their situation at hand.
■ View your procedures beside your current office applications.
■ Search your procedures by keyword(s), or select them from various departments.
■ Publish all your procedures to your employees online, or via a handheld device.
Change Management
Once you have your procedures distributed online, there will be times when procedures need to be changed. Typically this would involve long meetings which may or may not lead to solutions. In contrast, the Lifecycle system is designed to make the change management process as painless as possible.
